Packaging of Artworks

Reasonable care is taken to ensure artworks and products arrive safely and securely.

Packaging methods may vary depending on the artwork type and size:

Unframed canvas works are typically rolled carefully in a protective tube, ready for framing.
Unframed works on paper may be shipped flat with protective backing or rolled where appropriate.
Framed artworks are packaged with protective wrapping and reinforced cardboard for transit.
Smaller items such as books, prints, stationery, crystals, and meditation tools are securely packaged according to their size and fragility.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Ready-Made Works & Products

Please refer to individual product pages for general dispatch times. Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Ordes requiring additional featured such as stretching, framing, customisation or personalisation, may require additional time of up to 2-3 weeks. Stretching and framing relies on third party suppliers and their scheduling, for which Leni Kae is not liable.

Delivery within Australia generally occurs within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on location and courier timeframes.

Custom Artworks & Commissioned Pieces

Timing for custom artworks varies depending on size, detail, drying time, and materials.

Estimated turnaround times will be provided on a case-by-case basis. As a general guide, custom watercolour and acrylic artworks may require approximately 3–4 weeks for creation prior to shipping.

Please allow additional time for packaging and delivery.

Shipping Costs

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges for change of mind are only available for eligible ready-made artworks and products purchased directly through this website.

Custom artworks, commissioned works, personalised products, digital products, and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

A 5-day cooling-off period applies to eligible ready-made artworks and goods.

To request a return or exchange:

Returned items must be packaged securely and returned in their original condition.
