“Athena’s owl is a messenger between worlds; she appears to bring message from other spiritual realms and also the subconscious. As an animal who has sharp sight in the dark, the owl is a totem animal for having the spiritual strength and bravery to delve into the dark hidden nature of the subconscious and accept hidden truths.
